Shipping Policy – VanityDeluxe


At VanityDeluxe, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We only ship within the United States, primarily serving the Pacific Northwest, including:

  • Vancouver, Washington
  • Portland, Oregon
  • Nearby cities


At this time, we do not ship to other countries or distant U.S. states outside our service area. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.
If there are delays due to high order volume, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location relative to our headquarters in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon or nearby areas. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrives damaged or defective (see Return Policy for details).

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Local Deliveries (Vancouver, WA & Portland, OR) – 1-2 business days
Regional Deliveries (Pacific Northwest) – 5-10 business days
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. However, delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at marketing@megochoice.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Large or heavy items may require special handling and longer shipping times.


Lost or Stolen Packages

VanityDeluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier at your given delivery location. If your package/product is lost, please contact VanityDeluxe as soon as possible. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
