2. Delivery Policy
Our showroom is currently under development. At this time, we offer local delivery only.
Delivery fees vary depending on the customer's location and distance from our warehouse.
We offer fast delivery service within 1 to 3 business days directly to the customer's address.
At the time of delivery, we will drop off the vanity at your location.
3. Refund Policy
If you decide at the time of delivery that you no longer wish to keep the vanity or any product you purchased, you may refuse the item during delivery.
We will take the product back immediately, and a refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.
Once you accept the delivery, the sale is considered final.
4. Liability
VanityDeluxe is not responsible for any damages that occur to the product after it has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery and to handle it properly after acceptance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including delivery address, contact information, and any special instructions.
